Shipping policy

Quality is our top priority. Each product is handmade for you to ensure that you receive a unique piece that has been made with love and care. We usually ship your order within 1-2 working days of the contract being signed.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, the delivery time for standard shipping via DHL GoGreen is at least 2 days. To track your delivery, you will receive the tracking ID from us conveniently by email.

GERMANY

Flat-rate shipping fee per order: € 9
Delivery is made with DHL GoGreen.

SWITZERLAND

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch. You can find all information at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep will then be handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a reasonable price.
