The CoverCap was developed specifically for the cutout in our Toniebox 2 shelves and fits there perfectly. The best part: The Toniebox can even stand normally on the shelf with the lid inserted. So you can use it flexibly according to your needs – no attaching or removing necessary.

Questions about CoverCap
Does the CoverCap fit all QueChaLe shelves?
No, the CoverCap fits exclusively with our shelf models for the Toniebox 2: Loop, Scale, Classic Wheel and Piccolo. It is not compatible with Toniebox 1 shelves.
Can the Toniebox be used with the CoverCap inserted?
Yes! The Toniebox can stand on the shelf without any problem even with the lid inserted. You don't need to remove it.
What material is the CoverCap made from?
The CoverCap is made from the same high-quality FSC-certified wood as our shelves and handcrafted in Germany.
Can I also order my own color?
Yes! We can craft your own personalized color model. Simply email us at info@quechale.com, and we’ll handle your individual color scheme.
Questions about ordering
How long does delivery take?
For items in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Custom-made products are usually shipped within 7–10 business days. International orders generally take 14–24 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a tracking ID so you can follow your delivery at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, we ship internationally! Should your destination not appear on the list, contact us via info@quechale.com, and we’ll be happy to help with your order.
What if I don't like the item?
It’s uncommon, but you can of course return the item. If your QueChaLe product isn’t to your satisfaction, you may return it within 14 days. Since we are a small business, return shipping is at your expense. The purchase amount will be fully refunded, and all details can be found in our cancellation policy.

Note on natural wood grain
Our products are made from high-quality multiplex wood – real, naturally grown material. Each piece is a small work of nature.
Because it comes from nature, the grain, color and texture can vary slightly from product to product. The cutout for the charging station might also look a bit darker or lighter depending on the wood.
This isn't a mistake or defect. It's a sign of real handcraft and shows that wood is alive. No tree grows exactly like another.
That's what makes each of our products special and unique – just like the children we make them for.
